After a career working for BT, Kenny started at the family business in 2020 and is now the 4th generation of the Simpson family to run the business. He has recently taken over from his father, Stephen Simpson, as Managing Director.

Ashley Patullo

Office Manager

Ashley is our office and administration manager and she has been with the business since 2008.

Stephen Simpson

Chairman

Stephen is the 3rd generation of the Simpson family and current Chairman of Winter & Simpson. In 1998, he took over the family business Trendell Simpson Print
and has grown it significantly over the years with a combination of natural growth, coupled with acquisitions and mergers.

Dean Rennie

Production Manager

Dean is our production manager and is responsible for the running of the Press Hall and making sure every order is produced to the highest standard and delivered on time.

Darryl Rennie

Head of Sales and Marketing

Darryl has gained extensive knowledge working within the print industry from the start of his career.
Darryl has been with us since 2001 where he started working in our press hall. Over the years he has worked in many sectors of the business and has recently been promoted to Sales Director.

Mike Crichton

Operations Manager

Mike has spent most of his career in the print industry and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He joined the business in 2018 and was tasked with running our sister company Barr Printers.
